Partner program
§ 1 Scope of application
The following General Terms and Conditions apply to participation in the partner program.
§ 2 Memberships
There are two types of membership for participation in the partner program.
I. Basic Membership
The basic membership pays commissions on the turnover of the own customers and on the turnover of the customers of the partners in the downline over a total of 4 levels.
The commission on the turnover is:
1st level: | 20% |
2nd level: | 10% |
3rd level: | 5% |
4th level: | 2% |
In order to qualify for the commissions from the basic membership, the following conditions must be met at the time of revenue (purchase and payment by the customer):
- - Basic license or Premium license
- - 100 Shares
II. Premium membership
The premium membership pays commissions on the turnover of the own customers and on the turnover of the customers of the partners in the downline over a total of 7 levels.
The commission on the turnover is:
1st level: | 20% |
2nd level: | 10% |
3rd level: | 5% |
4th level: | 2% |
5th level: | 1% |
6th level: | 5% |
7th level: | 7% |
In order to qualify for the commissions from the premium membership, the following conditions must be met at the time of revenue (purchase and payment by the customer):
- - Premium license
- - 200 Shares
§ 3 Qualified sales
The following sales are qualified for commission payments:
- - All current and future digital products from SourceWeb
- - Revenue from partner licenses
- - Revenue from the issue of SourceWeb shares
- - All sales of the projects listed on the project page.
§ 4 Definition of turnover
The total amount invoiced to the customer, less any value-added tax included therein, is deemed to be the turnover for the calculation basis of the participation.
§ 5 Payouts
Payouts are possible from an amount of USD 50.00. Payouts can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, Western Union or cryptocurrency.
Payouts by bank transfer and PayPal are processed within 3 working days. Payouts via Western Union or cryptocurrency can take up to 10 working days in individual cases.
§ 6 Cancellations by the customer
In the event that an order is subsequently canceled by a brokered customer within the scope of statutory rights of withdrawal, reversal of payment or similar reasons, any commission credited will also be debited again. If the corresponding commission has already been paid out and the central credit account does not have sufficient funds, the partner is obliged to repay the amount within 14 days.
§ 7 Other
(1) All information and declarations from SourceWeb can be sent to the partner electronically, in particular by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer, and are thus deemed to have been delivered.
(2) Should a provision of the contract be or become invalid or should the contract contain a gaps that needs to be filled, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The parties undertake to replace the invalid provision with a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a gap in the contract.
